The Bowl

Instructions

  1. Mix all granola ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Transfer mixture to a large skillet. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring often, until oats and nuts are toasted and golden brown.
  3. Turn off heat, push granola together to form clumps, and let cool.
  4. Once cooled, set some aside for breakfast and store the rest in an airtight container.
  5. Blend bowl ingredients until thick and smooth. Add more water if needed.
  6. Transfer to a bowl, top with granola, and add any additional toppings you like.

Stir Into

  • Juice (room temperature, shake well)
  • Flavoured yogurts (Greek-style coconut works great)
  • Oatmeal
  • Apple sauce
