- Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, curry powder, cumin, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk vigorously until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour about 1 cup over chicken, beef, pork, or fish and marinate for 1 hour.
- Pour remaining marinade into a sealable jar or bottle and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
