Method

  1. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, curry powder, cumin, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Whisk vigorously until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour about 1 cup over chicken, beef, pork, or fish and marinate for 1 hour.
  5. Pour remaining marinade into a sealable jar or bottle and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
